Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.   

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges may be non-refundable.

Exchanges

Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item.

Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly ship out the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Customized or personalized items
• Products under 199/- are not eligible
• Handmade items are not eligible for the exchanges

Cancellation Policy

Considering operational challenges, 10stone.store does not accept order cancellations. We recommend customers to carefully review their order details before confirming their purchase to avoid any unnecessary inconveniences.
